It is the practice of noticing what feels heavy, clearing what does not belong to you, and returning to the calm light within yourself.
Signs Your Energy Field May Need Care

You can also use light visualization. Picture a soft light surrounding you, warm and calm. Imagine it filling the space around your body with steadiness, safety, and ease. Let it gently expand until you feel more rooted in your own energy.

Protect What You Allow Into Your Energy

What you watch, listen to, agree to, and repeatedly absorb can affect how you feel. Some conversations leave you peaceful. Some leave you drained. Some environments help you feel clear. Others make your spirit feel crowded.
You are allowed to notice the difference.
You are allowed to step away from conversations that feel heavy. You are allowed to take breaks from upsetting content. You are allowed to choose silence over stimulation. You are allowed to say, “Not today,” without explaining your whole inner world.
Protecting your energy is not selfish.
It is stewardship.
Your peace deserves care. Your spirit deserves boundaries. Your light deserves room to stay clear.
Soul Practice: A Two-Minute Energy Reset
Try this simple reset when you feel heavy, scattered, or emotionally full.
Place one hand over your heart.
Take five slow breaths.
On each exhale, silently say:
“I release what is not mine.”
On each inhale, silently say:
“I return to myself.”
Now imagine a soft light around you, sealing your energy field in peace. Let that light feel warm, steady, and gentle. Let it remind you that you are allowed to take up space without carrying everything around you.
